Cygrids dedicated server is delivered within 1 hour after verification of order. We support payment via invoice, PayPal and Payson. Minimum contract time for Cygrid's dedicated servers is 1 month and all orders are carefully checked before they are delivered to you as a customer.
We provide a complete setup for free including installation of OS and hardware. If something goes wrong, please contact our customer support team who quickly tries to help and guide you.
We offer to switch to another server if your circumstances change. Of course, we do this free of charge.
No Limitation

Info Dedicated Server
Supermicro
Cygrids uses Supermicro, to build our dedicated servers. Super Micro is one of the world's largest manufacturers of servers. We chose this manufacturer because their focus is on making components that are specially adapted for data centers.
IPMI/CONSOLE
With IPMI, you can remote control your server. When you log in you can check, on / off, hardware and bios. You can also read machine logs for your server. Cygrids always delivers IPMI access with our dedicated servers.
Variants
Our servers can be built with infinite number of variants. Cygrids provides packaged servers that fit the most common applications. But we can tailor exactly what suits the customer's needs. We do not charge extra for this. It's just exciting!
Network & Connections
Independent
Cygrids' data centers are connected to the internet via several independent operators. We use BGP and have our own AS where we peer with IP-Only, Arelion and Tele2. Cygrids achieves virtually 100% uptime through this architecture. This architecture has been in use for ten years. We have not had a single incident in these years that can be traced back to this area.
Cygrids data centers are independent. We can activate other operators in our data center at short notice. If you are connected to other operators and would like to connect Cygrids data center to this operator, please contact us and we will arrange this.
LIR
Cygrids is a member of RIPE NCC and we have LIR status. This means that we assign IP addresses on our own to our customers. All assignments of IP addresses to customers are made in accordance with regulations issued by RIPE NCC.
Backbone
Cygrids core is completely redundant and we only use Cisco equipment for routers, switches and firewalls.
Questions & Answers
Can you offer anything other than Supermicro?
By default, we offer Supermicro, but can also offer Lenovo, Dell and HP servers. Contact us and we will arrange.
How long is the contract period?
We have ongoing monthly contracts. This means that you can cancel your service after 1 month.
What payment methods are available?
Cygrids accepts payment via Invoice, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA. The invoice payment terms is 30 days.
Are the servers in Sweden?
Yes, we own our data center and at present we have data centers in Eslöv and Ljungaverk. We can offer servers abroad if desired.
What can I get help with?
We can help you in various ways. For example, install OS, monitor, restart, consultation. Some services we provide are free, some requires a fee.
Can you visit?
Yes, definitely, contact us and we will book a time to meet you. While visiting our data center, photography is unfortunately prohibited.
