Which processor models can I choose from?
We offer AMD EPYC and Intel Xeon in several configurations. The standard tiers cover the most common needs, but we can configure custom specifications based on your requirements - contact us for a quote.
What do the different management levels mean?
Unmanaged means you handle everything from the OS upward - we take care of hardware, network, and data center operations. Managed OS means we install, patch, and monitor the operating system. Fully managed means we manage the whole stack, including application support and backup.
Which SLA applies to dedicated servers?
Dedicated servers have defined availability targets. Your SLA specifies the exact targets, terms, and applicable service credits. See Support & SLA for complete details.
How long does it take to get started?
Standard configurations can be delivered within a few business days. Custom configurations with special hardware can take longer depending on availability. We recommend booking a technical review to plan the timeline.
Can I customize the hardware configuration?
